THE HEART OF LEADERSHIP

A five day developmental program which unleashes the "spirit factor" in life and in business. This program brings into being the core ingredients for creating a life worth living for individuals, for exploring their own access to community, to belonging, and to soaring spirit. It enables people to develop a culture in the workplace for trust, partnership, collaboration, accomplishment, and the fulfillment of human beings. Elements included are: pathways for open, honest, authentic communication based in powerful listening; honor and regard for one's own and others' unique contribution; a capacity to take risks and embrace mistakes; integrity; the ability to fulfill intentions and accomplishments collaboratively through powerful conversational pathways; the key to creating breakthroughs from breakdowns; and an increased ability to forward and empower others to fulfill their intentions. This program opens up territory for people to connect with living life from a place of profundity, meaning, joy, and inspiration while creating accomplishment with decreasing effort.

THE ART OF DEVELOPING OTHERS

The Art of Developing Others is a developmental program for people who have covered a certain amount of ground in the developmental distinctions offered by The Gale Consulting Group programs. It is for people who are committed that contributing to others and being of service to others through coaching, is a major mode of creativity, originality, and self development.

This program intends to provoke a new opening like an evolutionary possibility in your ability to connect with others, contribute to life, and open up space for others to tap into their own power, brilliance, and wisdom. As a natural and appropriate evolution from the basic distinctions of Heart of Leadership, Challenge of Leadership, Leadership in Action, and Embracing a Participatory Culture, The Art of Developing Others gives participants pathways to giving others access to releasing their power and freedom to fulfill what they intend to accomplish.

EMBRACING A PARTICIPATORY CULTURE

Embracing a Participatory Culture offers the opportunity for an organization or business or team to transform the environment in which it is working.

This is an in-house program which consists of groups of approximately 24 people per program. Its thrust is to bring into being the conditions that enable a full, collaborative and sustained culture within a company or organization, a culture of openness, partnership, trust, and understanding.

The major elements of this work include:

  • open, honest, effective communication

  • creating trust from little or no trust

  • respect and honor for people's gifts and their unique contribution

  • an environment that is safe and encourages contribution

  • he capacity to step out, take chances, and embrace mistakes and failures

  • a condition of integrity, trust, and the ability to work together collaboratively

  • the ability to fulfill intentions through collaborative communication pathways

  • the ability to resolve breakdowns powerfully

  • having a culture to work in with no gossip and negativity

  • the ability to empower others, to have people in the company know that they are valued and appreciated, and creating the ability to sustain a transformational shift

This program has produced extraordinary breakthroughs in business success, satisfaction in the workplace, retention, and power to accomplish.

THE CHALLENGE OF LEADERSHIP

One of our foundational programs which opens up for people the heart of leadership, the soul of work and the essence of relationship and team. It focuses on giving people access to creating trust and partnership, and on releasing others' and their own creative capabilities, in behalf of generating a future for themselves and their organizations that allows for fulfillment. The Challenge of Leadership gives people a profound insight into forgiveness, compassion, integrity, and clarification of personal values and principles as the foundation for having life and work be satisfying, meaningful and joyful.

While rigorous, challenging, and very practical, individuals create and experience breakthroughs in their leadership and their ability to communicate. Each of the five days has its own theme, but all of it is designed to create new possibilities for people, personally and organizationally, and enable people to increase their power to open up communication and connectivity with others, to fulfill their intentions in all aspects of their lives, and to move action forward in behalf of creating accomplishment in partnership and participation with others. Inherent in it is the opportunity to not only release individuals to their own power and their own joy, but to give people a chance to create a new level of partnership, and team within the organizational community. A new future for the organization and breakthrough business results naturally follow.

LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

Great leaders are able to take anything that comes their way and have it serve and forward others', the world's, and their own intentions. This course opens up freedom and power in the area of fulfilling intentions through collaboration. In addition, while problems, thwarts and disruptions occur frequently for us, it could be said that our general relationship to breakdowns is weak. Leadership in Action addresses the pathways for not only resolving breakdowns with velocity but also causing breakthroughs from breakdowns and disruptions as a powerful aspect of leadership.

DESIGNING A VISION: LIVING FROM A MEANINGFUL FUTURE

Each of us has our own work to fulfill our own life to lead, our own mission. But we don't often give ourselves room to deeply address what that work is. This program allows clients to explore that question in a context of rigor, compassion and clarity, and then to structure their lives and/or their organizations for the fulfillment of that vision. This program is for individuals as well as their spouses, business partners, and small management teams creating their future together. Participants come out of this conversation powerfully in action in the present, unconstrained by the past, coming from a vital and enlivening future.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

In these uncertain and competitive times, how we take care of our customers, providing extraordinary relationship and service, may be the critical element which allows us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace, and create and sustain customer loyalty. This program explores the spiritual, relational, structural and communicative dimensions of breakthrough customer service.

LEADING GROUPS EFFECTIVELY

A one week program which produces a breakthrough for participants in their ability, competence, ease and certainty in leading groups effectively such that the purpose of each group they lead is fulfilled. Through observation of a public program and then through exercises, simulations and practice sessions with one another, participants practice fulfilling conversations gracefully with groups. This course gives people access to stepping into their own power to lead and work, by working with areas of their own strength and weakness in a safe, appreciative environment.

INSPIRITING WORK

Inspiriting Work is a deep level personal mastery program for graduates of the Gale Consulting Group work. It is for people committed to having soul, spirit, meaning, heart, integrity, and accomplishment in the workplace. In four, four day residential sessions, over a year's time, a group of people inquire together into the questions of what imbues work with spirit and soul, and how to bring the eternal to the practical, where intention, productivity and accomplishment meet with joy, vitality, grace, heart, and spirit. The group of people working together form the strong bond of like souls in a developmental community.

ART OF SALES

Getting great at sales is often viewed as getting great at manipulation, persuasion and convincing. This course gives people powerful access to sales as pure service, based in integrity, contribution, and authentic communication. The result is that participants are freed up to stand for what they are selling, to be themselves. Unpredictable results follow naturally.
