Amba Gale is an educator, trainer, and transformational consultant who works with developing business people and professionals to create breakthroughs in their lives and in the workplace. For thirty years, she has been engaged in generating conversations that empower people's personal and professional effectiveness, enabling them to create extraordinary relationships that allow for creativity, well-being and satisfaction, while enabling client organizations to realize increased productivity, service, and profitability.

In 1970, Ms. Gale graduated from the University of California at Berkeley as a Phi Beta Kappa with a Masters in Education. She began her career teaching high school for eight years, winning an award for innovative development from the California Teacher's Association in 1976.

From 1978 to 1981, she was the National Marketing Director, Trainer, and Sales Manager for an international educational corporation. She trained thousands of people in sales, service, and productivity.

During the 1970's and 1980's, she also led seminars and workshops which profoundly expanded people's ability to communicate with one another, enhancing the quality of their lives.

In 1981, Ms. Gale cofounded London/Gale Associates, a business and management consulting firm which served organizations primarily in the industries of health, engineering, computer, real estate, and telecommunications. Ms. Gale is now the sole owner of the Gale Consulting Group which provides innovative technologies for enabling client organizations to create nurturing work environments that allow for increased productivity, service, communication, people development, and profitability. Her clients include individuals, sole proprietorships, nonprofits, government and educational institutions, and multinational corporations. They have reported accomplishments and breakthroughs in productivity, communication, leadership, management, and team performance. In 1989, she completed the Mastery of Management, a business program at Darden College of the University of Virginia.
